Spa Etiquette

You can borrow a bathrobe, bath towels and slippers from us. If you would like to use our fitness facility, training shoes and sportswear are required.

The saunas are textile-free zones. For reasons of hygiene, please use a bath towel as a base for your body and feet in the saunas. During massage, cosmetic and body treatments, your body is covered and only the part of the body that is being treated is exposed. You will receive a disposable panty from us.

Your health is important to us. Please inform your treating therapist about medical peculiarities or pregnancy before the treatment. Drink enough liquid and no heavy meals directly before the application and before visiting the sauna. A soothing shower before visiting the whirlpool/sauna or treatment serves as the start of your spa experience. In the case of allergies, specific illnesses or health problems, a medical certificate must be submitted that the treatment cannot cause any health impairments. Staying in the spa is at your own risk.

An integral part of a spa visit is the respectful treatment of the environment. Please only use as many bath towels as you need for your stay. Electronic devices, especially mobile phones, are not permitted in our treatment and sauna area.

Access to our spa area is possible for young people from the age of 16 accompanied by an adult. The entire wet area is not separated by gender. The saunas are textile-free zones.

 In order to be able to fulfill your desired appointment for a treatment, we ask you to reserve before your visit. We are happy to try to implement short-term appointments accordingly.

It is not possible for us to extend the treatments beyond the agreed date. If you arrive later than booked, your application time will be reduced accordingly. Benefits or discounts are excluded.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment out of consideration for other guests. Otherwise we will charge you for the total cost. Thank you for your understanding.

We recommend that you lock your valuables in your hotel room safe. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables. A locker is available for our day spa guests in our changing rooms.

At the spa reception we are happy to help you plan your personal spa experience. You are welcome to address your wishes and suggestions directly to your treating therapist, be it with regard to the strength of the massage, light, music, heat regulation or similar.
